little Stars
3-4 years

Our Level 1 classes introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Gymnasts begin developing coordination, flexibility, musicality, and basic apparatus skills while building confidence and a love for the sport.

Level 3
Pre-competitive

Level 3 is designed for athletes who are ready for more focused training and may be interested in pursuing competitive rhythmic gymnastics. Gymnasts refine their technique, expand their apparatus skills, and begin preparing for the structure and expectations of competitive programs.

Level 1
4-6 years

Our Level 1 classes introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Gymnasts begin developing coordination, flexibility, musicality, and basic apparatus skills while building confidence and a love for the sport.

DVP Program
Levels 4-8

The Developmental Program follows the official rules of USA Gymnastics and is designed for athletes committed to competitive rhythmic gymnastics. Gymnasts train multiple days per week, develop advanced skills, and compete at local, regional, and national events while continuing to build strong technical foundations.

Level 2
7-9 years

Level 2 builds on the foundations introduced in Level 1 with more structured training and skill development. Athletes continue to improve their flexibility, strength, coordination, and apparatus handling while learning more complex movements and routines.

FIG Program
Junior and senior

The FIG Program follows the international rules established by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique. This high-level program is for advanced athletes training at an elite level and competing in national and international competitions.

XCEL Program
flexible competition team

The XCEL program offers a fun and supportive competitive experience with a more flexible training schedule. Athletes still participate in competitions and develop strong rhythmic gymnastics skills while maintaining a lighter time commitment than traditional competitive programs.

Individual Lessons

Private lessons provide personalized one-on-one coaching tailored to each athlete’s goals and needs. These sessions are ideal for accelerating skill development, refining routines, or receiving focused technical corrections.

AGG
aesthetic group gymnastics

Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) is a team-based discipline that emphasizes synchronized movement, artistry, and beautiful choreography. Athletes perform together as a group, developing teamwork, musicality, and expressive movement in a collaborative and exciting competitive format.
