Children ages 3–4 who are beginning their first experience with movement and gymnastics.

Fun and engaging classes introducing basic movement, balance, coordination, and simple apparatus like ribbons, hoops, and balls while learning to follow instructions and participate in structured activities.
3. What skills will they learn?
Athletes develop fundamental motor skills, body awareness, rhythm, and confidence. This program builds the foundation needed to progress into our Level 1 introductory classes.
