Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) is a team-based discipline that emphasizes synchronized movement, artistry, and beautiful choreography. Athletes perform together as a group, developing teamwork, musicality, and expressive movement in a collaborative and exciting competitive format. Nova is proud to be home to Team Elara and Elara Junior, our Team USA National AGG teams that represent the club at international events, including World Cups and World Championships.

1. What age is this program suitable for?
AGG is designed for athletes who enjoy team performance and artistic movement in a group setting.
2. What does the program include?
Athletes train and perform synchronized group routines that combine dance, gymnastics elements, and expressive choreography. The focus is on fluid teamwork, musicality, and unified group performance. They do not use apparatus.
3. What skills will they learn?
Gymnasts develop flexibility, strength, coordination, and expressive movement while learning to perform as part of a synchronized team. This program builds strong teamwork and performance skills while participating in group competitions.
