XCEL classes at Nova are the perfect way to participate in rhythmic in a calm and relaxed environment. This program is a a great fit for those who are just starting practicing rhythmic gymnastics, or for those who want to continue the sport at a low key pace, with once or twice per week practices. The Rhythmic Xcel program allows kids to have positive competitive experiences in an official USA Gymnastics setting with less training time required

Gymnasts participate in two annual shows per year.
