Nova is very excited to begin offering XCEL classes in fall of 2024!
XCEL classes at Nova are the perfect way to participate in rhythmic in a calm and relaxed environment and to be introduced to the first year of the competitive program. This program is a a great fit for those who are just starting practicing rhythmic gymnastics, or for those who want to continue the sport at a low key pace, with once or twice per week practices. The Rhythmic Xcel program allows kids to have positive competitive experiences in an official USA Gymnastics setting with less training time required

Gymnasts participate in one annual show per year.
